Delivery policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 2 days and delivery confirmed by way of an email containing the tracking number and the name of the courier company chosen. Courier fees may vary.

Export restriction (Optional) – There are no restrictions, we can send to any African country, as well as the EU. However postage charges must be calculated.

Return and Refunds policy

The provision of goods and services by Quiet Brooke Trading Pty (Ltd) is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Quiet Brooke Trading Pty (Ltd) will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 5% administration fee.
